About the practice
Situated within a stunning Grade II listed building in Nottingham’s City Centre, Park Private Clinic offers patients high quality and affordable Private GP Medical care.
Our Private GP Medical service was established to provide excellence in both treatment and patient care. Medical Director Dr Rehman has almost 20 years medical experience as a Nottingham University graduate and local GP. Having worked for many years within the NHS he understands that patients require expedient and accessible GP led medical services. That’s why we have a walk in surgery and appointments available 7 days a week at times to suit you.
Our Private GP medical service will help you with any medical matters, however small, regardless of whether they are acute or chronic. We are happy to treat all ages from infants to the elderly, whether you have a simple condition or multiple health problems.
Park Private Clinic offers patients a range of Private GP Medical services including; Travel Vaccinations, Private GP Consultations, Sexual Health Tests, Aesthetic Treatments, Employment Medicals as well as Corporate and Individual Health Screenings, all under one roof.

All information given to us will be confidential. Staff may sometimes ask questions to give you the best and relevant healthcare. You will receive a service, which is fast, reliable and professional at all times. Violent and abusive action will not be tolerated towards our staff at any time.
Consultations
Consultations with the doctor are booked in 15-minute slots. For an initial consultation we usually recommend a 45-minute consultation as this allows the doctor to take a thorough look at any problems patients may present with
Our medical staff are able to communicate fluently in the following languages: English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. Interpretors can be booked in advance of appointments if patients let us know when booking their appointments.
Patients who arer visually impaired or hard-of-hearing patients we are able to accommodate their needs by using specialist equipment or trained staff.
Payments & Fees
Park Private Clinic offers private medical services for which the client is expected to pay. A list of up to date prices is available on our fees page of our website – www.parkprivateclinic.co.uk. All payments are due at the time the service element is provided. The services may range from consultations, examination, treatments, vaccinations, investigations and referrals. Payment can be made by cash or debit/credit card and a receipt will be issued for all payments made upon request.
Payments for immunizations where a course of vaccines is required is payable in advance of the whole course.
We will not provide refunds for investigations and treatments given.
We have service level agreements with local private hospitals and laboratories to provide investigations, treatments and opinions as may be required by our patients. Each case will be assessed by our doctor and appropriate referrals made. We work closely with all specialists and hospitals referred to. This ensures you have a comprehensive service from the point of contact to management of any results.
We will not refund fees for anti-malarial medication and vaccines.
We will not give refunds for aesthetic treatments administered. However in the case of Botulinum toxin A use for anti-wrinkle treatment we will give a discretionary top up for clients in whom optimal effect has not been achieved in the opinion of the clinician. Whilst with fillers no top up is required an additional amount of filler may be given at the discretion of the administering clinician.
Prescriptions
Park Private Clinic issues private prescriptions which can be taken to any UK Pharmacy. The cost of each medication prescribed is variable and reflects the actual cost of the medication.
Park Private Clinic does not routinely issue repeat prescriptions without a medical review of the patient by our doctor. In keeping with Good Medical Practice all patients on long-term prescribed medication will be required make themselves available for medical review before the issuing of further medication. Patients on long term medication will need to see our doctor at regular intervals for monitoring and review of their prescription.
Patients must take responsibility for requesting their medications at a time that allows prescriptions to be generated and medicines to be collected by them. We ask patients to allow two working days for a private prescription to be generated once requested. Under exceptional circumstances we can deliver a 24 hour turnaround of this facility.
Confidentiality
Park Private Clinic takes client confidentiality seriously. As such we adhere to a very strict code of practice with respect to patient confidentiality. We are a totally private medical clinic and communicate with the NHS only when instructed to do so by our clients. We only discuss patient’s medical records with third parties when given express consent either verbal or written by our clients.
Our electronic records system is hosted by DGL IT (visit www.dglit.com). DGL IT is a specialist in the field of patient record systems and data security required in the healthcare sector. As such, clinic staff, with multiple levels of security and password clearance required, can only access our patient records.
Complaints & Compliments
Park Private Clinic welcomes all comments whether it relates to a complaint or to satisfaction with the service provided. In both instances you should write to tell us about any issues that you feel are important to address.
Our Practice Manager, Dr Anib Rehman, coordinates the Practice Complaints Procedure.
All complaints should be submitted in writing as soon as is practical after the incident that led to the complaint. Our practice manager will, initially deal with, Dr Anib Rehman all complaints. Some complaints however require further investigation and consideration and will be passed onto independent complaint handlers to give an unbiased and informed opinion.
We aim to report back to you within 14 working days. If this is not possible we will explain why and you will be given a revised date for the response.
Making your complaint about our service will in no way limit you complaining to external agencies who, help to regulate our service provision. If you are not happy with the way your complaint was handled you may also complain to:

Additional Information
Patient Participation Group
Park Private clinic will be forming a patient participation group, which will meet 2 to 3 times a year to discuss the needs of patients and the services we provide. This will be a small informal group headed by Dr Rehman and is open to any suggestions, which you may have. If you are interested in joining this group please contact Muhammad Zeeshan at the practice.
Lab results
All blood samples are sent to The Doctors Laboratory in Whitfield Street, London, usually on a daily basis. Occasionally we may send our samples to local hospital pathology departments.
Data Protection Act
Park Private Clinic complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. All information about patients including results of investigations and information provided by a Patient is kept confidential on secure patient electronic records or in a locked safe. Any patient requiring written copies of notes and/or test results must put the request in writing to the practice manager addressed to the clinic. There may be a small charge of £40 for such requests.
